COLORMARQUE

The Chicago Loop Alliance is primary non-profit organization responsible for helping to generate business growth, general maintenance and creative development of city center. As a part of their events portfolio they program the large scale events that result in parades, afterwork art and dance parties, as well as large scale, family friendly days. Over a number of years, they contracted with my former organization Beauty & Brawn to develop production for the Activate and Sundays On State

- For Activate, B&B was responsible for developing off-the-wall, unique immersive elements. With a variety of themes, we put together these moments of escape in an urban environment. Sonically backed by amazing musicians, dj's and bands, we brought together a plethora of artists to develop these spaces. Whether through sponsored murals, flower tunnels, or immersive scentscapes,  playing with your senses in non-traditional spaces was  the goal.

- Sunday's on State, hosting tens of thousands of guests weekly in the Summer, pulls together creatives of Chicago to create an amazing draw that delights crowds through vendors, street art, fine art, dances, music and food. We were engaged to develop a series of immersive interactive spaces for the crowd to engage. It was our goal to use altered recycled materials to create that blended immersion, relaxation and photo opportunities.
